I just had to drop you a line to thank you for your advice.  After taking apple ________ _______ in the manner you described for about 6 weeks now, and avoiding ______ , particularly _____ ________, I am now discovering a noticeable improvement in my skin condition.
 
Urticaria has plagued me for the last 4.5 years - from a time when my life suddenly became easier after a period of extreme stress and emotional turmoil.  I have also been down the route of increasing medication in the form of steroids etc, all to no avail.  I am now almost weaned off the steroids and on no other medication and my skin is so much better!
 
I am actually looking forward to next summer and wearing short sleeves again!

Many thanks fo your xmass email. we wish you also a very happy time at this festive period. I can tell you that at this time your treatment guide has given my wife Helen at least two and half weeks of free from spots and swelling.We hope now this will continue. Can I ask you though if possible?
  We are a little worried about when we go on holiday for a week in May, abroad and not taking any _____ ______. Have you experienced this yet? especially if the treatment is still keeping up the wonderful results.
  We both can't thank you enough.

Kate, YOU have been my saving grace!  For those of you who wonder about the book, I ordered it and found that once I cut out ******* and some forms of ****** out of my diet the hives diminihsed to nothing.  I also found that when I did have them, citrus and alchohol made it worse.  Now with them gone, I can eat citrus and have a glass of wine without a problem.  I will say though that if I sway from the diet and eat a ********* or other ****** type foods, I will regret it!!  I did have to go through the process twice before I really learned my lesson.

I am a nurse and was very frustrated that the doctors told me it would just go away some day, maybe.  For the 10 year old, I would say to try it although the ********* part may be hard for her to swallow!  I also order the ********** online as I could not find it in any local stores.  I do think it really helped to detoxify my system.  Now, if I make a mistake and get a little gluten I find a couple of days of ***** **** makes my breakouts much more minor.
